About Us

Welcome to the farm! We are Hannah and Cole, and we are building Hamilton Farm from the ground up as we raise our young family.

We believe food is one of the most meaningful ways we care for those we love - and becoming parents made that belief even more personal.

With no farm equipment and a spanning property with untapped potential, we are building our farm on faith, stewardship, and love, guided by the mission of providing our community with high-quality meats and reigniting a passion for a connection to food, farmer, land, and health.

After purchasing the farm in the summer of 2025, we welcomed our first baby a month later. Diving right in, the first animals (pastured pigs) came to the farm shortly after. Overwhelmed with blessings and never-ending tasks, we are pouring our hearts into making this farm a home and feeding our community meat they can trust. In the summer of 2026, we added beef to our farm as well.

The farm is being built on the following principles:

• Raising high quality meat to provide wholesome, nourishing food

• Prioritizing animal welfare & farming in alignment with nature

• Stewarding the land to leave it better than we found it

• Sharing personal recipes to encourage meaningful home-cooked meals

Food is our love language, and we hope to spread love to our community by helping others feed their families well.
